Cross Platform Zeroconf Networking

It seems the folks at Porchdog software have developed an open source, crossplatform implementation of the Zeroconf networking protocols called Howl. Definitely something I'll have to check out more when I get a moment.

Derby Blogging

I'm taking a quick break from weekend work to check out the Kentucky Derby. It looks like the rain's stopped but, wow, is the ground a mess.

I'm not an expert on racing (If I could consistently identify fast horses, I wouldn't have bought one) but most of the thoroughbred I know just don't like to run on that stuff.

I'd say it could be anybody's race today.
